ACP-HMFS

The pumps in this series are mainly used in CNC-lathes and CNC-machining centers due to their high pressure and sufficient flow rate (used as original installation for example in South Korean machine tools Doosan, Hyundai, Samsung and Hwacheon).

The pump is designed in such a way that heat transfer is minimal between the motor and the pump.

ACP-HMFD

ACP-MF

The pumps in this series are used mainly to wash chips from the covers down to the conveyor or to the bucket.

ACP-F/HF

The pumps in this series are submergible. The pump part is submerged in the tank so it doesn’t need extra fluid priming.

The design is compact and these pumps are widely used in conventional machine tools.

Idle time is not a problem because the pumps in this series don’t have mechanical seals.

ACP-A

The pumps in this series are self-suctioning and they are easy to install in small spaces. This series is used both in CNC- and conventional machines according to the needs of the target.

In the first operation of the pump, the suction room must be completely filled through the filling port.

ACH

ACH series pump is installed horizontally. Due to its small size it is easy to install in small spaces.

The pumps are mainly made of stainless steel.

The mechanical seal is made of FKM which endures high temperatures and ensures long life cycle.

ACHK

The pumps in this series can easily be used as replacements among others in Mori-Seiki and Mazak machine tools.

ATP-HAVB

In machine tools, these pumps are mainly used for CTS (coolant thru spindle operations). If you have an old/broken pump of similar type, you can send us the following information: size of the motor, type of the pump and size of the relief valve, and we can check if we have a substitute pump in our stock.

This pump has a relief valve to control the pressure.

These pumps can be used for pump oils or coolants, but you need to know which type you need before ordering.
